We're a Miami catering team built around live cooking. The seafood paella is what most people find us for — a pan you can't miss, loaded with shrimp, clams, mussels and octopus, cooked right there at your event. The live pasta station is the other half of who we are: carbonara, amatriciana, puttanesca, alfredo and pesto, finished to order while guests pick their plate.
